ARCHITECTURE / BOUNDARIES AND AUTHORITY

Make the boundaries visible.

An interface should show what a system knows, what it can change and where a human decision is required. These views explain the projects through that lens.

Control Room

01 / LOCAL-FIRST INTELLIGENCE

Presentation is a boundary.

A code-informed boundary map: visible state belongs to the interface; inference and tool execution sit behind explicit runtime contracts.

INPUT AND OUTPUT

Wake word, speech input and speech output sit alongside knowledge, memory and tool access. Local and cloud inference support different tasks and resource constraints.

SESSION AND SEQUENCE

Presentation events are validated against session identity and sequence before updating visible state. The speech envelope drives the orb without repainting the full interface.

EXECUTION AUTHORITY

A presentation event is not permission to execute a tool. The portfolio uses sample events and connects no runtime, microphone or desktop actions.

RESOURCE TRADE-OFF

Local models compete for GPU and memory with other workloads. Routing needs to account for the task and available resources.

Code-informed conceptual map, based on the renderer and presentation contract already reviewed for this portfolio. It is not a live connection diagram.
